Honora Shea

Honora Shea was born and raised in Pittsburgh, which is also the home of Andy Warhol, french-fry sandwiches, and a truly legendary NFL team. In her early life she aspired to be an architect, but when she realized she couldn’t draw, she took up writing about art and design instead. She left Pittsburgh to spend her senior year of high school studying in China, and has felt a pull from Beijing ever since.

Honora has a BA from Johns Hopkins University, where she studied international politics. She has recently returned to Beijing from New York City.
